Skills Testing
With almost 30 years in the industry across the North West, we know what goes into providing good care. For example, we know being able to communicate well and listen to others are key skills for a high level of care. This is why they are included on our skills testing selection process.
Real Care Home Training
All A1 Care Teams professionals must complete a comprehensive training programme with us, covering all expected care skills and qualifications. Importantly, most of our training is delivered in real care home settings, giving an unparalleled opportunity to train in the practicalities of care in real life scenarios.
